Alarm Responses

With many of our clients premises being unoccupied, through work, family or holiday commitments we provide that high level peace of mind that should our clients security systems be activated Port Stephens Security can 24 hours a day provide a a response service to ensure our clients premises are safe and secure.

Should the Monitoring centre receive a signal from our clients premises they’ll act on pre agreed clients instructions in regard to responding to the alarm. Should a patrol response be required the monitoring team will contact one of the response patrol men in that area.

Should the patrol man encounter no irregularities at the clients premises when they inspect the site they will inform the monitoring centre of their findings, place a response docket in a prearranged spot (e.g. mail box) and wait for confirmation that they may leave the premises. Should they encounter a problem then they will wait for the client to be contacted and follow their instructions.
